You must be at least 16 years old, and legally able to enter into a contract, to use this website or buy the eBook. By purchasing, you confirm that both are true.

We sell a single digital product: the eBook How to Thrive in a Toxic Workplace by Ron Baltazar, supplied as a downloadable file. It is delivered electronically only. Nothing on this website is a physical goods sale, a subscription, or a recurring charge.

The price of the eBook is $6, payable in one payment at checkout. Prices are shown on the website and may change at any time; the price charged is the one shown when you place your order. Payment is processed by our payment provider, Xendit, on their secure page, and their terms also apply to the payment itself. You are responsible for any bank, wallet, or currency-conversion fees your provider charges.

Your order becomes a contract when payment is confirmed. We may refuse or cancel an order where payment fails or expires, where the transaction appears fraudulent, or where we are legally unable to complete the sale. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will be refunded in full.

Once payment is confirmed, a download link is shown on the confirmation page and the file is made available to the email address you provided. Download links are temporary and expire within minutes, so you should save the file immediately. If you cannot access your copy, contact us and we will reissue it.

On payment we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and read the eBook for your own use. You may keep a personal backup and print a copy for yourself.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, distribute, or give away the file.
• Upload the file to any website, shared drive, or file-sharing service.
• Reproduce, adapt, or publish substantial parts of the content.
• Use the content for commercial training, coaching, or consultancy materials.

Because the eBook is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds simply because you change your mind. We will refund you where the file is defective or will not open, where you received the wrong product, or where you were charged more than once.

Where your local law gives you a statutory cooling-off period for distance or online purchases — for example, fourteen days in the European Union — that right applies, and we will honour it provided the file has not been used beyond what is necessary to check it.

All content on this website and in the eBook, including the text, layout, and design, is owned by Ron Baltazar or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of the product to you.

The eBook is an educational resource about workplace well-being. It is not legal, medical, psychological, financial, or career advice, and no professional relationship is created by reading it. If you are experiencing harassment, discrimination, or a mental-health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or your local support services.

The website and the eBook are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We may update or withdraw the eBook or this website at any time. Buyers retain access to the version they purchased, and we will notify you if a substantially revised edition becomes available.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law rules. Nothing here removes the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order, and the "Last updated" date above shows when it was last changed.
